Session Notes
Using the Christmas break to watch many of the films that I personally wanted to watch and gain inspiration to visually interrupt concept such as lucid nightmares, idealism etc ...
One such film, in particular, is the 1985 dystopian film "Brazil". After finally watching this film carefully in order to truly understand the mindset of the protagonist of the film and his journey.
I have found the character of this film is an excellent example of a modern-day person who appears to be caught in a dead-end position and resort to escapism whether it be drugs, films, dreaming or other forms of escapism to find their version of "paradise".
